System Glitch-you may have been removed from email list!
Our website software recently had an update, and as a result PTA has lost approximately 1/3 of our email contact list. It looks like the newsletter list was not lost. If you would like to continue receiving periodic emails from PTA, please reply to this email and we will make sure you are on the list. Also, if you would like to be REMOVED from the email list (because you are moving, your 5th grader is headed to 6th grade, etc.), please reply to this email with REMOVE and we will delete you from the contact list.
Please let us know if you should have any questions.

Yearbooks on Sale
The 2014-2015 school year is coming to a close, but don't be sad...remember it with a yearbook! A yearbook makes a great keepsake with pictures of all your favorite teachers, staff and friends and Sigler events including back to school, bike rodeo, assemblies, group pictures and MUCH, MUCH MORE!
Yearbooks will arrive at school in a few weeks and will be sold for $20 on a first come, first served basis. We will let you know when they arrive and are ready for sale.
We would like to honor Amy Gillen for her many years of exceptional work for Sigler PTA. Amy's youngest son is moving on to Wilson Middle School next year, and Amy will be sorely missed.
Throughout the years, Amy has helped out in so many ways, including single-handedly putting together the yearbook for the last 5 years, memberships chair, water bottles, and so much more. This spring, Amy received the PTA Life Membership award.
It's been a joy working with Amy and a privilege to get to know her. Thank you Amy!
Staff Appreciation Week is May 4-8
PTA will be providing meals and treats to our staff this week. Thank you to the volunteers who are helping out with the luncheon, to Hunter's Glen Baptist Church for providing muffins, and to Wyatt Elem. PTA for providing snacks and desserts.
Throughout the year, PTA has provided staff with special treats such as Smores, brownie pops, coffee, popcorn, oranges, free books and more to show our appreciation for the hard work and care they provide to our students every day.
If you would like to provide a special gift to a staff member or particular group, click here for the wish list items listed on our PTA website.

SAGE stands for Special AND Gifted Education.
The Plano Council of PTAs established the SAGE committee to provide an opportunity for families and teachers of students who learn differently to share resources and friendship. If you or someone you know has a child who participates in Special Education, the PACE program for gifted and talented students or simply is an exceptional diverse learner, this is your chance to come together with others!
